Rickie Golden MDes '12

Rickie Golden is Vice President, Development at The Davis Companies, where she focuses on planning, permitting, and development for several Boston development projects. Most recently, Rickie was the President of JECSP, a spin-off company of Corcoran Jennison Companies, where she created/sourced three potential off-market, complex, large-scale projects in Boston, totaling $3 billion and 230 acres. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Bachelor’s, 2005, Art History) and Harvard University Graduate School of Design (Master’s, 2012, MDes Real Estate Development), Rickie previously worked in development in New York City. She is originally from outside Philadelphia.

Her volunteer, non-profit work focuses on affordable housing and community development. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the BSA Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of The American City Coalition, a member of the Development Committee of B’nai B’rith Housing and Co-Chair of its Gen2Gen housing policy and advocacy group, Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute Responsible Property Investment Council, an Editorial Board Member of ArchitectureBoston Magazine, a member of the Advisory Board of Northspyre and holds a variety of leadership positions at CJP. She has lectured and spoken on panels at Boston College, Boston University Law School, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, The Boston Society of Architects and the Urban Land Institute.
